Nuro is a browser-based audio utility designed for binaural beats, acoustic masking noise, focus sessions, relaxation, sleep support, and local audio playback.
Nuro does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal user data.
The extension does not collect browsing history, search history, website content, passwords, financial information, health information, location data, or personal communications.
If you choose to load local audio files into Nuro, those files remain on your device. Nuro does not upload, transmit, copy, or share your audio files with any server.
Nuro may store basic preferences locally in your browser, such as selected theme, volume level, selected preset, timer settings, soundscape preferences, and playlist state.
This data is stored using browser storage only to make the extension work properly and remember your settings. Chrome provides extension-specific storage APIs for persisting user data and state. See Chrome storage documentation for technical background.
Nuro generates binaural beats, ambient noise, and audio mixing locally inside your browser. Audio processing happens on your device and is not sent to external servers.
Nuro only requests permissions required for its core functionality, such as playing audio, storing local preferences, and operating the extension interface.
We do not use permissions to track users, read unrelated website content, or collect browsing activity.
Nuro does not use tracking scripts, advertising trackers, telemetry, or third-party analytics inside the extension.
Nuro does not sell, transfer, or share user data with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.
If Nuro offers paid licenses, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Nuro does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Any payment-related information is handled according to the payment provider's own privacy policy.
