1. The short version

Nuro Pro does not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal data. Audio processing and binaural beat generation happen entirely inside your browser — nothing is uploaded to our servers. This policy explains exactly what that means in practice.

2. Data we collect

Nuro Pro is designed to work without an account. The extension never captures your browsing history, passwords, financial details, health information, location data, or communications. The only data that may exist is:

• Purchase information — if you buy Yearly or Lifetime access, our payment processor (e.g. Lemon Squeezy) collects billing details necessary to process the transaction. We never see or store your card number.
• Anonymous, aggregate install analytics — basic, non-identifying counts (e.g. total installs) provided by the browser web store, not by us directly.
• Support correspondence — if you email us, we retain that thread to respond and for basic record-keeping.

3. What stays on your device

Audio files you load never leave your device — nothing is transmitted to any external server. Your chosen frequencies, EQ settings, themes, volume, timer configuration, and playlist information are saved locally using Chrome's extension storage APIs. Nuro Pro also works fully offline once installed.

4. How audio processing works

Binaural beat generation and audio mixing happen entirely within your browser using the Web Audio API — not on a remote server. Your tracks and the generated tones are combined locally, in real time, and are never streamed anywhere for processing.

5. Permissions

The extension requests only the permissions required for its core functions: playing audio, storing your local preferences, and operating the extension interface. Nuro Pro does not request permissions for tracking, browsing history, or content on pages you visit.

6. Analytics, tracking & cookies

Nuro Pro does not use tracking scripts, advertising trackers, telemetry, or third-party analytics inside the extension. This marketing website likewise sets no advertising or tracking cookies — your browser's local storage is only used for lightweight preferences, such as your light/dark theme choice.

7. Third-party services

This website uses Google Fonts (for typography) and a third-party checkout provider for payments. If you purchase a paid license, that provider handles payment processing; Nuro Pro never stores your full card number. Each service has its own privacy practices, and we only pass the minimum information required to complete a purchase.

8. Support communications

If you contact us for support, bug reports, or feedback, we only receive the information you voluntarily include in that message (e.g. your email address and message content), used solely to respond to you.

9. Children's privacy

Nuro Pro is a wellness utility, not medical software, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, note it on the extension's release notes.
