1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using the Nuro Pro browser extension or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.
2. License
Nuro Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension for personal, non-commercial use, subject to your plan (Free, Yearly, or Lifetime).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the extension, attempt to bypass licensing checks, or use Nuro Pro in a way that violates applicable law.
4. Payments & billing
The Yearly plan ($11.99) renews annually until cancelled. The Lifetime plan ($24.99) is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. Payments are processed by a third-party provider; we never store full card numbers.
5. Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if Nuro Pro isn't right for you. Contact us via the Support page with your order details.
6. Not a medical device
Nuro Pro is a wellness and productivity tool. It is not a medical device and makes no claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including ADHD, anxiety, or insomnia. Use is at your own discretion; consult a healthcare professional for clinical concerns.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Nuro Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension or this website.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using Nuro Pro at any time by uninstalling the extension.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
